How do you know where to invest and achieve improvements in energy efficiency?
When we start an energy efficiency project, the most logical thing to do is to start with measures requiring less investment and move to those requiring a higher one. This is one of the principles on which the well known "Pyramid of Energy Saving and Efficiency" is based.
As you can see in the Pyramid of Energy Saving and Efficiency, one of the first measures that we should carry out refers to improvements in energy behaviour of the building's users. Next, we continue with measures that require investment.
Keep in mind that the higher up the pyramid the ECMs (Energy Conservation Measures) are, the more investment you will need.
At DEXMA, we know how important it is to understand how and where to invest in order to achieve the maximum ROI and reach the Energy Saving and Efficiency objectives that have been set. Therefore, in this Webinar you will:
- About the different types of ECMs: zero investment initiatives; investments with your own resources vs ESCOs.
- What concepts to use when talking to your client: kWh or £/€/$?
- Which KPIs to use and how to calculate the ROI of your project
- And some tools that will help you in this arduous task
As always, participating in DEXMA’s training is completely free, you only have to register using the form on the right!
